Fitness for me is much more than aesthetics—it’s about improving your life, body, and mind. It’s about embracing who you are and working toward the person you hope to become.

Having struggled with mental health from an early age, I know firsthand how challenging life can be. Fitness has been my salvation—helping me build confidence, discipline, and a positive mindset. It transformed me into a stronger, healthier, and happier version of myself.

This personal journey inspired me to leave a lucrative senior management career to become a personal trainer. I wanted to help others who have faced similar challenges, showing them that perseverance can lead to real improvement—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Some of the greatest moments of my life have been witnessing my clients succeed, not just in their fitness goals but in life. Helping improve people’s lives is an honor, and I would feel privileged to share that journey with you.

Having been the furthest thing from “sporty” or interested in fitness at school, joining the gym when I started university led me down a path I never imagined for myself. I spent many early gym sessions on the treadmill, watching others train and trying to work out how I could do the same. I know exactly what it feels like to be a beginner with no idea where to start—and how daunting and intimidating that can be.

After years of trial and error, and a few qualifications later, I now know that I belong in those spaces and feel confident in my abilities. The truth is, we all start somewhere, and starting somewhere is all that matters.

That’s why I believe so strongly in enjoying the journey of improving your health and fitness—not just focusing on the outcome. I’d love to help you find enjoyment in investing in your health, recognising your strengths, building confidence, and maximising your potential.
