Before I started training with Brad, I was 30 stone 8 pounds, sitting at 6 foot 2, I was low in confidence, had zero motivation, and I was in a terrible place, both physically and mentally. I decided enough was enough, and a friend put me in touch with Brad. I booked my first sessions, and looking back, it's the best move I've ever made in my life. I was nervous at first, but Brad quickly put that to bed and made me realise that the gym isn't such a scary place after all, everyone was there working on themselves, and that's what I was going to do.

Brad is an excellent personal trainer who is extremely knowledgeable yet very down to earth and approachable. Brad genuinely cares about both physical progress and mental health, creating a supportive environment where you feel comfortable and motivated. Sessions are always challenging but tailored to your needs, and if any issues arise, he takes the time to educate you on anatomy and adapts the approach to ensure safe and effective progress. I’ve seen real improvements and couldn’t recommend Brad highly enough.

I believe that if I hadn’t of met Brad, I wouldn’t be where I am today, physically as well as mentally! When I wanted to give up Brad was always there to support me and give me the confidence that it’s a process and it takes time. I’m just so glad I never gave up, slowed down, I cried & I ranted but I never gave up on myself and knew what I deserved and wanted.
